Just a quick drawing for today though I might work on something a little later on too. I had a terrible headache this morning so did this during my morning break. I find that drawing can be very relaxing almost in a meditative way. I’ve tried mindfulness meditation in the past but often found my mind wandering. Drawing gives me something to focus on other than work or that list of things to do we all tend to carry with us.
